KIDS. Have fun making these yummy Spanish bites for parties & snacks: Patatas Bravas (Crispy Potatoes with Tomato Dipping Sauce); Ham & Cheese Croquettes; Ensalada Rusa (Spanish Potato Salad); and Olive Oil Orange Cake with Sweet Citrus Glaze
For this age group, we focus on teaching kitchen basics and exploring new tastes. Cleanliness, food safety, nutrition, recipe comprehension, mixing and measuring are emphasized.

CLASS TIME: 10 AM - 12:30 PM Children should dress with safety in mind. Completely closed shoes, shirts with a three-quarter sleeve or sleeves that can be rolled up, long pants and long hair tied back and up.
Children must be accompanied by an adult to the registration area for the class and will not be released from the room until signed out by an adult. A responsible party must sign a release for each child registered for classes.
